Obsolete public lighting systems lead to high energy and maintenance costs. EVA proposes upgrading the system, compliance, management, maintenance and supply of electricity using Project Financing. The redevelopment and compliance work does not entail costs for the Local Authority. Significant savings are always guaranteed compared to current operating costs, along with improved visibility on the roads. At the end of the agreement, all installed components have a residual life of more than 8 years.
THE COST-FREE
SOLAR POWER
SYSTEMS.
The solar power systems are installed on the rooves of buildings owned by the Local Authority. The on-site consumption of the electricity produced saves money compared to the current operating costs for the purchase of electricity from the grid. The project is offered using Project Financing. The Authority does not incur any costs for the construction of the plant, which becomes its property at the end of the agreement. The efficiency of installed photovoltaic modules is over 80% for at least 10 years.

The total amount of the bill is paid by the customer, often subject to periodic increases due to fluctuations in the price of raw materials.
DURING THE CONTRACT
The amount of the bill goes down immediately. Part of the savings are used by EVA to cover the investment and the remaining part is the customer's.
AFTER THE CONTRACT
At the end of the agreement the system becomes the property of the customer, at no additional cost, so the savings increase even more.

The redevelopment of public lighting systems and the production of electricity with solar modules guarantee significant savings for the Local Authority. "Green" certification on electricity supply is guaranteed.

THE STEPS TO SAVE MONEY.
Analysis and verification.1
We start by looking at the current situation, energy consumption in the bill, and projecting future costs. This preliminary phase is necessary in order to assess how to optimise interventions in the field. EVA bears all the costs of this phase and the following ones.
Preliminary proposal.2
After the on-site survey, EVA's energy engineers study the characteristics of the existing installations and draw up a preliminary proposal. The customer will be presented with a comprehensive plan of technological interventions to improve energy efficiency.
Design.3
After the customer approves the preliminary proposal, a detailed study of the interventions to be carried out, based on the specific needs of the site, is carried out. Every EVA customer is offered an ad hoc solution.
Paperwork management.4
Obtaining authorisation for the proposed interventions requires specific expertise. EVA will take care of all the procedures with professionalism, on the strength of its ISO 9001:2008, ISO 50001:2011 and UNI 11352:2014 certifications.
Installation.5
EVA coordinates and oversees the work for the implementation of the efficiency measures. All at their own expense, of course.
Maintenance.6
Once the installations have been built, EVA will take care of them, at no cost to the customer. In fact, it offers a maintenance and assistance service for the entire duration of the contract, guaranteeing great continuity of service in addition to savings.
